How much does our model of Direct Primary Care cost?
For a single monthly charge, Alliance DPC is a transparent membership, with no surprise fees.
Adults (22 to 64 years) $135 / month. Registration fee: $80
Children (7 to 21 years old) $65 / month, with at least one adult in the family. Registration fee: $40
Over 65: $199 / month. Registration fee: $80
Corporate: for employees under the corporate membership starts at $119 per person / month.
NO CO-PAYMENTS; NO DEDUCTIBLES
A 12-month contract with automatic payments is required (Bank account or Credit or Debit card)

We look forward to meeting you! We strive to achieve your maximum health, and overall well-being with Alliance Direct Primary Care. For that reason, we do not prescribe medications for chronic pain management (Opioids, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, etc.) We also do not write controlled medications for ADHD ( Adderall XR, Concerta, Ritalin, etc.)
All new individual members will pay a one time Fee of $80/ $40 (adult/child) at the time of enrollment along with the first-month billing.
